Workplace Health And Safety Guidance

One of the most important responsibilities for employers is providing a safe and healthy workplace for their employees. This has become more challenging due to numerous health and safety issues, including workplace environmental hazards, drug and alcohol issues, and violence in the workplace, as well as an increasing number of policies and regulations promulgated by state and federal agencies, including the Occupational Safety & Health Administration (Occupational Safety & Health Administration).

We provide practical guidance on all aspects of workplace health and safety, including assisting with the establishment of health and safety programs, providing advice regarding the obligations and requirements under health and safety rules, and assisting with communication strategies for dealing with employees, the media, and management.

A Simple Goal

Our goal is to help clients address workplace health and safety proactively through effective management processes and systems. When preventive measures are not enough, we work with our clients to provide effective risk and liability reduction services. We provide defense services to assist employers in their response to Occupational Safety & Health Administration inspections and citations, including negotiating reductions, modification, or eliminations of fines, as well as litigating to overturn a citation completely.
